  • Unlimited communication - you will know exactly when you can reach Matt, and when you expect to hear back from him answering any questions you have, reviewing any videos you have, or anything else that pops up along the way, all via WhatsApp.

  • 1 video call check-in per month, upon request.

  • Detailed attempt & warm up sheet for competition

LITE coaching

The package designed for recreational lifters, and/or lifters on a budget, still seeking high level coaching.

  • Customized programming - curated and tailored to your goals, your availability in the gym, and every variable in between.

  • Limited communication - formal block review upon completion of each training block, completed via email.

Consultations are open to anyone - whether an athlete wanting some help with programming and technique, or a coach seeking education or advice.
